We use a portion of those profits to invest in our people, our communities, and to do good in other parts of the world. DCI believes this is what good stewardship looks like and it is the heartbeat of our work.
Below are a few of the stories of how our employees are reaching beyond themselves to use our profits to care for each other, their communities, and the world’s most needy.
Agape Child and Family Services
A team from DCI presented Agape Child & Family Services with a DCI Community Grant. Agape Child & Family Services provides children and families with healthy homes throughout the Mid-South. Through support and wrap-around services, Agape seeks to provoke community restoration. Agape’s services include: homeless services, foster care, adoption, maternity services and counseling, school-based initiatives and community support and referral.
Wounded Warriors – Moment of Freedom Hunt
Bryan Robinson, DCI’s VP of Project Execution, was truly honored to present a DCI Cares grant to Wounded Warriors supporting their Moment of Freedom Hunt. We consider it a privilege to partner will such a vital organization helping those that have served us.
Young Life – Clay Thompson (Houston and Briarcrest)
Dallas Shepard, DCI project manager, partnered with Clay Thompson (Young Life Memphis) to present a DCI Community Care Grant. The money will go to support the Houston High School and Briarcrest High School Young Life Clubs.
Young Life exists to invite young people to experience life as God designed it to be lived.
One Team Scholarships
DCI awards scholarships each year to DCI employees with student’s who have completed one year of pursuing continuing education/training after High School. DCI awards a scholarship of $1,000 to each eligible student that applies. Beyond the $1,000 there are two additional levels of scholarship that are available and require an essay and a vote by a third-party committee.

Asha’s Refuge
Tosin Aikulola and Cratin King present bikes, helmets, locks, and air pumps to the team at Asha’s Refuge. These bikes and gear will be used as the primary source of transportation for some refugee families that are new to the US.
Asha’s Refuge serves and speaks up for the persecuted throughout the world seeking first to assist refugees, asylees, and other lawfully present individuals in our own community.
Bike Bald
Jason Bullens, Director of Sales at DCI, partnered with Bike Bald to present a DCI Community Cares Grant. We are proud partners with Bike Bald who are doing amazing work to help families in and around Oswego IL and the Kendall County areas that are affected by cancer.
Bike Bald is committed to enriching the lives of children affected by cancer and rare illnesses during the last 19 years. Throughout the year Bike Bald provides tutoring, therapy, classes and after school activities to help the children and their families.
